4. Order Confirmation
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and expected delivery date.
Check your details carefully and contact us right away if anything seems incorrect.

5. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 5 hours of placing it.

• No cancellation fee applies within the first 5 hours.
• After 5 hours, or if the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and shipping fees may apply.
• 6. Tracking Your Order
  Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can easily monitor your parcel until it arrives safely.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Return:

• Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For health and hygiene reasons, some items such as opened oils, capsules, or supplements are not eligible for return.

Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to start the return process. We’ll issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping:

• You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
• We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe delivery.

Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
